Tournament anyone

Been yapping to Al and was wondering if any of you lot fancied a little tournament sometime this year, say 1000 points. Winner gets a 'special' prize!

As long as the special prize does not involve Pineapples and a Croquet mallet then i'm in.

is this still happing and when.

I'll email Pip again to see if he can find out how much the hall is then we can fid out how many will play and how much it will cost

[color=black]Enough Yapping let's get this sorted. No faffers, get there 0900 hours start 0930 hours like all said.
i say 1000 pts each us once in a blue moon players then get as many cracks of the whip as possible (no pun intendend) . I have exams to sit on the 1st and 8th of december and so I don't fancy trying to do anything before then. i know my brain will simply go on idle and start thinking WH rather than revison other wise.
I put up the weekend of the 13-14th of December, the chrimbo massacre.
I will give the lass a ring about booking fee's tonight for a whole day ie : 9 to 5, for you non working fellows among you. Bet there ain't many of them any more. Curly probably never work's those hours anyway lol and post costs tomorrow.

I'll have a chat with someone who operates a hall near me to see how much they charge for a day

Hum, at the weekend during the sort out found a big box full of the mighty empires stuff so we could try a bit of that. Might be fun

Hi all, the hall at Bishops Hull is £60 a day for 9 to 5.
Booked out the 13th and 14th of December. So we'd probably have to look for the new year unless someone else wants to sort something out.
In Taunton most halls will come in at around the same cost as I looked last time we did a whole day.
